We organised the meeting at the Blue Diamond Active SPA Hotel, where we discussed the development of the system, new functionalities and directions for further digitisation of railway processes with our customers. The event combined substantive presentations, practical workshops and speeches by technology partners who shared their experience and perspectives on the development of tools for the transport industry. Presentations and discussion of new functionalities During the first part of the conference, we presented the latest changes introduced toRailSoft 3.0 WEB and solutions that will soon enrich the system. Among the topics discussedwere: employee records, time sheets extensions of integration with SEPE, modules for the exchange of documents and written orders, traction vehicle circulation and optimisation algorithms. The speakers familiarised participants not only with the current state of the platform’s development, but also with plans and assumptions for the next stages, emphasising the importance of automation, data transparency and effective operational work organisation. Presentations by partners and experts During the conference, invited guests who have been cooperating with the railway industryfor many years also shared their knowledge: Getac has unveiled rugged mobile technologies designed to operate in demanding field conditions. Brother Poland presented practical solutions for mobile printing, which are ideal for railway operating environments. Their presentations enriched the event with a perspective related to technologies supporting the use of RailSoft in the daily tasks of carriers. Practical workshops with RailSoft 3.0 WEB One of the most important parts of the programme were practical workshops, during which participants worked directly in the RailSoft 3.0 WEB system. The interactive nature of the classes, combined with elements of team play, allowed users to test new features in practice and compare their experiences with others in the industry. The workshops proved to be a valuable addition to the presentation part and allowed participants to better understand the system’s capabilities in the context of real operational processes.
