Siemens Mobility has officially published its 2025 Social Value Report, which celebrates a year of nationwide impact delivered through people, partners and presence in communities across the UK.

The company spreads its contributions across education, employment, wellbeing, the environment and responsible procurement.

Our award-winning approach to creating a positive impact for local communities, the natural environment, our customers, employees, and wider society remains at the heart of our business – not simply as a deliverable, but as a fundamental demonstration of our values and how we strive to transform mobility for everyone.

The report highlights all activities delivered throughout the 2025 financial year (FY25) and aims to demonstrate contributions made by Siemens Mobility as it embeds itself and its social values into operations, projects and strategic partnerships, including:

• Education & skills: Working with Primary Engineer in Goole to provide hands-on experience of engineering and rail technology to pupils
• Employment & inclusion: The company has partnered with DFN Project SEARCH to support five interns with learning disabilities through a year-long workplace programme that has helped build their confidence and independence
• Community wellbeing: Colleagues delivered a two-day volunteering project at the Riverside Veterans Retreat in the Brecon Beacons, improving facilities at a centre that supports veterans living with PTSD, local children and community groups through outdoor activities and wellbeing programmes
