From Wednesday, 2 June, passengers can use ten touchscreens situated around the station to get up-to-date travel information in BSL. This number will be doubled to 20 by the end of the year. This accessibility improvement has been developed together with BSL company Clarion UK. Its interpreters have created a library of standard messages. However, its staff will also provide passengers with signed information during disruption events, to help passengers with hearing impairments get up-to-date information as situations evolve.
