FORMER Angel Trains CEO Malcolm Brown is to take up the reins as CEO at the train leasing company once again. Present CEO Kevin Tribley, who succeeded Malcolm ten years ago, is retiring on 1 September. Malcolm said: ‘I am delighted to be back with the business, and to continue the collaborative efforts needed to address industry challenges and realise the opportunities of an accelerated decarbonisation programme.’
