Nomad Digital Wins Large WiFi Contract in Denmark and Sweden

About DSB

DSB is the largest Danish train operating company, and the largest in Scandinavia. They are responsible for passenger train operation on most of the Danish railways. DSB also runs a commuter rail system, called the S-train, in the area around the Danish capital, Copenhagen, that connects the different areas and suburbs in the greater metropolitan area. DSB owns 34 of the 111 Öresund train units.

Region Skåne, Region Blekinge and Hallandstrafiken AB are Public Transport Authorities (PTA) who jointly own 53 of the 111 Öresund train units.

AB Transitio acquire, finance and administrate trains for the Swedish PTAs. Together the PTAs own Transitio trough part ownership. Primarily Transitio lease the rolling stock to regional PTAs and/or their operators. Transitio owns 24 of the 111 Öresund train units.
