HEART of Kent Hospice is chartering the ‘Northern Belle’ on May 11, 2019 for a steam-hauled lunchtime excursion through the Kent countryside.

A Stanier ‘Black Five’ 4-6-0 from the West Coast Railway Co pool will haul the luxury train as passengers enjoy champagne and canapés, followed by a four-course meal, prepared from locally sourced organic Kent produce, seasonal ingredients, and fine wine.Tickets cost £349 per person.

Lunch will also include a British cheeseboard, biscuits and chutneys and will be rounded off with coffee and petit fours.
