Alstom and Škoda Collaborate on ETCS Deployment in Europe Yurtdışı Haberleri by railsistem - Ekim 16, 20240 Alstom and Škoda Group have signed a collaboration agreement to supply Alstom’s ETCS Level 2 systems in Škoda trains for RegioJet in the Czech Republic. Through this agreement, the system will be installed in 23 electric units, with deliveries expected to commence in the first half of 2025. Alstom strengthens its position as a leader in the modernisation of railway systems through a new agreement with Škoda Group © Alstom The agreement applies specifically to the installation of Alstom’s ETCS Level 2 Onvia Cab™ (formerly Atlas™) in fifteen two-car electric units and eight three-car electric units for RegioJet. This enhanced cooperation builds on the strong working relationship between Alstom and Škoda Group. It is set to increase the safety and efficiency of rail transport in the region, aligning with European efforts to implement sustainable and innovative mobility solutions. Dan Kurucz, Managing Director of Alstom Czech Republic and Slovakia said: “Our ETCS Level 2 system is a top-of-the-line solution that meets current needs of the railway. This contract confirms the confidence of our RegioJet customer in the reliability of solutions and confirms our leading position in the country in terms of onboard equipment installations, exceeding 700 units installed in Czech Republic.” The ETCS Level 2 system enhances rail safety by allowing for automatic braking if trains exceed speed limits or come too close to other vehicles, thus reducing the risk of collisions. It also increases capacity by enabling trains to run at shorter intervals, which helps meet the rising demand for rail transport across increasingly congested networks. With international rail traffic growing, the adoption of ETCS technology is expected to facilitate cross-border transport and ensure high standards of safety. As part of this collaboration, Alstom’s ETCS Level 2 system will help modernise operations for RegioJet and contribute to the broader goal of sustainable mobility across the continent. source= https://railway-news.com/alstom-and-skoda-collaborate-on-etcs-deployment-in-europe/ Paylaşmak Güzeldir...Facebook'ta paylaşmak için tıklayın (Yeni pencerede açılır)Twitter üzerinde paylaşmak için tıklayın (Yeni pencerede açılır)Linkedln üzerinden paylaşmak için tıklayın (Yeni pencerede açılır)WhatsApp'ta paylaşmak için tıklayın (Yeni pencerede açılır)Pinterest'te paylaşmak için tıklayın (Yeni pencerede açılır)Telegram'da paylaşmak için tıklayın (Yeni pencerede açılır)Reddit üzerinde paylaşmak için tıklayın (Yeni pencerede açılır)Pocket'ta paylaşmak için tıklayın (Yeni pencerede açılır)Tumblr'da paylaşmak için tıklayın (Yeni pencerede açılır)Skype'da paylaşmak için tıklayın (Yeni pencerede açılır)Arkadaşınıza e-posta ile bağlantı göndermek için tıklayın (Yeni pencerede açılır)Daha fazlaYazdırmak için tıklayın (Yeni pencerede açılır)Bunu beğen:Beğen Yükleniyor...
