China: CRRC Completes Wuhan Monorail Suspension Train Yurtdışı Haberleri by railsistem - Eylül 16, 20220 CRRC has successfully completed the first Optics Valley Photon monorail suspension train for use in Wuhan, China. The train successfully rolled off the production line at CRRC Qiangdao Sifang. It will enter service as part of the region’s Optics Valley air train tourism project. The air rail train can effectively use urban space resources The train’s infrastructure includes a rail that is supported in the air by steel structure columns. The train body is then suspended below the rail beam and can include between two to six cars. This design has several benefits, such as not requiring right-of-way on the ground, a low manufacturing cost, a short construction time and environmental adaptability. The air rail train will operate at a maximum speed of 70 kilometres per hour. Every two cars can transport up to 200 people and will be used to serve commuters and tourists.
